Thanks to the fantastic participation of many CARIDIANs in the last round of salary negotiations, we are now set to receive a 2% pay rise, which will be paid out for the first time with your September salary. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported us in this process!
Starkes Zeichen der CARIDIANs beim Warnstreik am 19.2.25: vor Ort in Berlin und online durch zahlreiche kreative Aktionen haben die Beschäftigten deutlich gemacht, dass sie mit dem Angebot einer Nullrunde durch CARIAD nicht einverstanden sind.
Danke, liebe CARIDIANS! Ihr habt einen starken Warnstreik bei CARIAD hingelegt. Wahnsinnig kreative Ideen online und an allen Standorten haben die Aktion vor Ort in Berlin unterstützt: von Laufgruppen und Kuchenbacken bis hin zu industriepolitischen Gesprächsrunden. Ganz stark! Danke auch an die Kollegen der IAV, die sich solidarisch beteiligt haben in Berlin! Hier ein paar Eindrücke.
Strong signal from the CARIDIANs during the warning strike on 19.2.25: on site in Berlin and online through numerous creative actions, the employees made it clear that they do not agree with CARIAD’s offer of a zero wage increase.
