Zwei Verhandlungsrunden sind vorüber. Dabei hat sich gezeigt, „2000 Stellen abbauen“ ist zwar vom Tisch, das Unternehmen
will jedoch weiter einen Zahlen getriebenen Personalabbau verfolgen. Sie behaupten, ohne Druck durch Personalabbau gäbe es für uns keinen Grund unsere Arbeit zu optimieren.
Unser Ziel ist es, endlich die Interessen der Belegschaft zu berücksichtigen und eine zukunftsfähige Ausrichtung umzusetzen.
Wir fordern ein klares Bekenntnis zur Zukunft von CARIAD und seiner Belegschaft Personalabbau und Entlassungen müssen vom Tisch. Stattdessen fordern wir die Verlängerung der Beschäftigungssicherung.
Wir wollen die Lieferfähigkeit herstellen, endlich die Kerneigenleistung definieren und ein klares Bekenntnis zu Produkten, Standorten und zur Belegschaft. Die dafür ergriffenen Maßnahmen müssen auf sachlicher Analyse basieren und nicht pauschal „um Kosten zu sparen“ erfolgen.
Die Positionen sind verhärtet und eine Einigung nicht in Sicht. Umso mehr brauchen wir jetzt eure Unterstützung.
Am 06.12. werden wir in Ingolstadt, Berlin, Wolfsburg und Mönsheim gemeinsam vor die Büros gehen und klar machen, wofür wir stehen. Kommt dazu und setzt gemeinsam ein Zeichen in Richtung der Verhandlungsgruppe.

Two rounds of negotiations are over. It has become clear that “cutting 2000 jobs” is off the table, but the company still wants to pursue a number-driven headcount reduction. They claim that without pressure from staff cuts, there is no reason for us to optimize our work.
Our aim is to finally take the interests of the workforce into account and imple-ment a future-oriented approach. We demand a clear commitment to the future of CARIAD and its workforce. Staff cuts and redundancies must be off the table. Instead, we demand the extension of job security.
We want to establish the ability to deli-ver, finally define the core in-house ser-vice and make a clear commitment to pro-ducts, locations and the workforce. The measures taken to achieve this must be based on factual analysis and not simply “to save costs”.
Positions have hardened and there is no agreement in sight. All the more reason why we need your support now.
On December 6, we will go to the offices in Ingolstadt, Berlin, Wolfsburg and Möns-heim together and make it clear what we stand for.
